I finally got my Christmas wreath for the front door today. The flower store looked beautiful with all the Christmas trees and plants.

Santa Hug - Day 262

River Boat - Day 261

We went to the River Walk to take a walk along the Mississippi River. The River Boats were decorated for the holidays.

Christmas Parade - Day 260

Saturday was the day for their Christmas parade. I finally got my New Orleans beads. I got so many beads I had to take some of them off they got to heavy. Everyone enjoyed the parade.

Harrah's Casino - Day 259

Make sure you get a Total Reward's card when you go to Vegas. We called Harrah's New Orleans about a room rate and they comped us 3 nights at the W and we could use our Vegas points for two steak house dinners for George and I at two great restaurants and the breakfast buffet for all five of us.

New Orleans - Day 258

We just got home from a wonderful trip to New Orleans with the kids. The weather was perfect 78 yesterday. Arriving to Boston's 32 was a killer. We stayed at the W hotel right next door to Harrah's Casino and across the street from Fulton Street that is decorated for Christmas. They even shoot snow flakes in the air to give the feeling of Christmas.
